2. Maintenance and inspection of trailer rechargeable batteries:

Check whether the trailer rechargeable battery is firm and fixed, and the electrolyte of lithium battery should be in the middle of the rechargeable battery. Limit and low limit. When offline, add electrolyte of lithium battery or pure water to high voltage line immediately. Maintain good contact between positive and negative grade cables of the semi-pallet rechargeable battery, and maintain the cleaning and drying of the semi-pallet rechargeable battery. For vehicles that have been stored for a long time, please remove the positive and negative grade cables of the trailer rechargeable battery within about 20 minutes after a distance of more than ten days, and reconnect the trailer diesel engine. If the rechargeable battery is significantly insufficient, please charge the battery immediately.

3. Check the level meter of clutch master cylinder:

If the clutch level gauge is between high and low, all is well. If it's very low if it's below the base line, it's very likely to destroy the master cylinder or the auxiliary cylinder cup. When the trailer diesel engine is running, it will be difficult or impossible to shift gears. Please go to the nearest maintenance center for inspection immediately.

4. Check brake oil level:

If the braking system is also in the middle between the top and bottom positions, then everything is normal. If the brake oil is close to the low limit or less than the low limit, it indicates that there is likely to be leakage or excessive damage to the brake system shoe in the system software. It should be repaired immediately to the maintenance center. When filling the brake oil, be sure to add the same kind of brake oil to avoid damaging the cup parts, and maintain the building paint to avoid corrosion of the surface of the building paint.

5. trailer diesel engine refrigerant level gauge inspection:

When the trailer diesel engine is in the hot state, do not open the heat pipe radiator cover. Otherwise, you are likely to be burned by spilled refrigerant or hot steam. After the diesel engine of the trailer is cooled, the level gauge for checking the refrigerant liquid should be between the full level gauge and the low level gauge. Otherwise, pure water or pure water or refrigerant should be added. After draining water, the height to width ratio of the liquid level meter must not exceed the full water level. If it is found that the refrigerant decreases rapidly in a short period of time, please check whether the refrigeration system leaks or go to the maintenance station to carry out inspection.
